Star Rose NP-C, MSN moved to Utah in elementary school and was raised in Murray, UT. She accomplished her life-long dream of attending the University of Utah earning a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She remained on the Dean’s list throughout her schooling all while maintaining a job and volunteering through a service learning program at the University. Star is passionate about educating her patients and carried that into over 7 years of nursing in cardiology and same day surgery.
She then pursued a graduate degree at Westminster University. She is now a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Upon graduating, she started in medical and cosmetic dermatology before finding her true passion in peripheral vascular disease. She has been in this field for almost 3 years now with no plan to change.
Star strives to provide superior care and is very excited to be a part of CiC, to aide in alleviating pain and preventing limb loss for patients that deal with daily discomfort and risk of amputation.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling anywhere with a beach or MLB stadium, playing almost any sport, and spending time with her husband and sons.
