CiC is dedicated to the health and safety of our patients and staff. Because of this, we are here to continue to care for you. We want to assure you we are taking precautions so we can continue to treat you appropriately while maintaining the health of our staff and community.

I have an appointment, should I still come?
We are still treating patients in our office. If you have pain, a wound or need on-going care, we encourage you to keep your appointment.

We are doing the following for everyone’s safety:
Screening everyone entering CiC
Checking temperatures of each person entering CiC
Asking all patients and visitors to wash their hands or sanitize upon arrival
Limiting visitors to one per patient and ask that additional visitors wait in their vehicles
Wiping down front end and all rooms after every patient

If your visit is routine in nature, we ask you to please reschedule to adhere to social distancing guidelines and to limit the number of people in our clinic.

What is different about visiting the office now?
To protect the safety of everyone, we have the following procedure in place:

We are screening every patient for fever, respiratory symptoms and contact with ill individuals via phone prior to their arrival.

We are maintaining 6 feet between all patients in the lobby and procedure pre/post area.

We are asking patients to call when they arrive, and we will determine if there is lobby space for them or if they should wait in their car until they can be seen for their visit.

All staff, patients and visitors are asked to sanitize upon arrival to the office and staff continue to follow CDC guidelines for healthcare providers.

All patient’s and visitor’s temperatures are taken upon check in.

Visitors are limited to 1 per patient.

Staffing has been limited to only essential employees at each site.

We are deep cleaning and disinfecting our lobby hourly and all procedure areas and clinic rooms after each patient encounter.

Should I wear a facemask?
All patients must wear a face mask when coming to our office.

Should I still have my procedure?
Your doctor will determine if it is in your best interest to have your procedure now.

I still have questions for CiC, what should I do?
As always, we are here for you. Please call the office with any additional questions you may have and we will do our best to answer them. We will continue to update this site with more information as we receive it, so keep checking back. We care about your health.

If you have concerns beyond your care with us, here are a few places to go for information about dealing with anxiety during this stressful time.
